Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is placed, we require 1 - 3 working days to process it. Typically, orders are processed within one working day during the week. However, if you place an order over the weekend, processing may take slightly longer.

Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (18:00). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.

Please note that working days (business days) are Monday through Friday.

After processing, your order will be dispatched, and delivery generally takes 6 - 10 working days.

Order Shipment & Delivery

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

Once an order has been shipped, we provide tracking information to allow customers to follow the delivery progress. If the carrier confirms that a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and completed. From that moment, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

• Verify the shipping address provided in your order confirmation.
• Check with neighbors, household members, or building management in case the package was received on your behalf.
• Contact the carrier directly to request more detailed delivery information.

While we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, we understand this situation can be frustrating. We will gladly support you by providing the necessary tracking details and assisting in opening an investigation with the carrier.
